“I’m very pleased with my new Lotus peep toe sandals, it’s rare I can find footwear to fit me perfectly as I have a slender foot & most footwear slip off my feet when walking. My new Lotus sandals are most comfortable to wear, and look elegant on my feet. I’m very pleased with my purchase.”

“I had a pair of Delia sandals bought in a store and was looking for another pair because they were my absolute favorite! Very comfortable, long lasting and beautiful. Had comments from everyone everywhere I went. When the new pair i ordered online arrived, some Diamante where missing. I contacted Lotus and spoke to a very helpful and polite gentleman. Didn't need to say a lot. As soon as i explained the problem he immediately said he will send another pair next day and wave the delivery charge. He will arrange for the faulty one to be collected at the same time so I would not need to arrange it myself. I was so pleased with the service and shoes that i bought another pair and he sent that one free of delivery charge a well. Will be recommending Lotus shoes to everyone that asks.”

“bought a par of wide fitting sandals for my husband. web site made it easy to find what i was looking for and they arrived within a couple of days. they kept me informed of when my parcel would be delivered mistakenly ordered a size larger to compensate for the wideness of my husbands feet. i didn't need to as the width was perfect ...just the length. the return process was really easy. overall, i am really pleased and would definitely purchase from them again”
