“Looked for ages for a unique pair of ankle boots & lotus came up trumps. They are gorgeous! Very different from anything on the High Street & very comfortable too. As for the cost-what a bargain for a fabulous quality boot. Love them!”

“Diabolical delay. Tracked the delivery progress and more delays! Better off using The royal Mail 1st class service for £3.55 instead of the £3.95 from Lotus and the parcel never turned up. so instead a refund is in progress. As a 1st time user i would not want to use this company again. I never even got an apology from the company. Very cold customer service. Dreadful service. Don't choose this company. If I had even had an apology as some form of compensation then this would have helped, but absolutely nothing.”

“Shoes arrived very promptly well wrapped and lovely thanks So wish you did in smaller sizes though as I am only a one and a half so a two at a push and there is just so little choice out there for a nice court with a heal This three was a little bigger than ones I have had before so having to put heel grips in and a shoes liner !!”

“Appearance very good but to wear not good at all. The shoes are very hard on the feet. I ended up hobbling along and still have a very sore big toe which is missing rather a lot of skin. I have never had this problem before.”

“Excellent service. Order two pairs of boots. Mid calf pair are perfect and already in use. Sadly had to return the ankle boots, just too wide for my narrow feet.”

“I was pleased with my purchase of 3 pairs of Lotus shoes. All the shoes fit well and are comfortable.and matched the photos on line. It would have been nice to have a new customer discount. Delivery service was excellent.”
