“The two pairs of boots that ordered were very nice and well made with a good finish however the fit was not good for me. Both pairs were far too big around the ankle and the calf and so were not wearable.”

“Excellent quality and fit at a good price. Comfortable and always find a good selection of shoes. Ordering was quick and easy on website. Delivery was fast. Highly recommend if you are having trouble finding what you like or sizing in shops. Often love shoes in shop by my size not available to thrilled to be able to order whatI like.”

“Shoes are true to fit and very comfortable. Website is easy to use. Delivery was earlier than expected so that was a bonus. Have purchased previous items from Lotus and always been happy. The telephone helpline was really good. Very polite and clearly spoken.”

“Ordered boots on line only to be told that they were out of stock and I could choose another design, which I consequently did. I was told by phone that the new order would have priority dispatch and would be with me in a couple of days. After a week the items had still not arrived. On phoning the Company, I was then told that they had no 'new order' down for me and the item was out of stock. I will now be looking elsewhere.”
