Bought a pair of panache, diamanté navy shoes for my daughters wedding. Worn approximately 8 hrs. The heel tip came away on both shoes during the course of the day with some damage then to the fabric of the heel. Contacted customer service and told not a manufacturing problem and to take them to a cobbler to have new heel tips fitted!
I asked for further explanation as to why they thought it was not a manufacturing problem and never received a reply. Although the shoes looked great, it would seem quality not as good. Very poor customer service.
