Shoes are lovely delivery was terrible I paid for next day delivery it took 7 days to deliver I have not been offered a refund on the poor delivery will never buy from them again Evri have a terrible reputation even been on the news this week for very poor service

These sock boots looked lovely, but unfortunately they were huge, returned for a smaller size.

it is really narrow at the ankle, which means that when walking it touches the skin and it really hurts. I even got bruises on both my legs towards my ankles

I ordered boots and received notification that they were dispatched. After a week still no delivery. Contacted Lotus to be told my order was lost by the delivery company and boots out of stock. Very disappointed. I have asked for a refund

Love the style, some of the diamantés have slipped off and one of the soles have a lump on it. The quality is not as good as their usual shoes. I would have returned but I begrudge paying for returns.

When I saw these shoes they were exactly what I was looking for to wear to a wedding, really lovely. Unfortunately when they arrived, as soon as I took them out of the box I knew that they wouldn’t fit. I’m a size 8 and they looked more like a size 6. I measured them against some similar shoes that I have , which were Lotus also and they were a good inch or so shorter.

Was informed that upon return a new pair of correct size will be sent. Had I not called to chase, I could have waited a very long time indeed as they did not have my size after all despite the email sating they did. Very poor communications from Lotus

I have returned the shoes cause i was dissapointed with them. The strap up the center of the left foot wasn't dead straight and cause it wasn't perfect i just couldn't stop noticing it Ihaven't recieved my refund yet and i returned them 6 days ago

Unfortunately they did not fit me well and I had to send back. I found them too narrow for my feet and uncomfortable fitting my foot into them - too tight over the top of my foot. Shame as lovely sandals.

I ordered two pairs of turquoise shoes to match a handbag that I had recently purchased. I was pleased with the price since they were 50% off. Since I was already considering purchasing the same shoes at Next for the full price, this was a great bargain. I was disappointed that the colour was a bit different from what was shown, but that is often to be expected since colour matching is difficult online. Anyway, one pair was a bit too tight across the front ( it was elasticated) so I returned them using the Collect+ return label. After a week, I'm yet to get confirmation so I'm disappointed that it is taking so long to get my refund confirmed.

I liked the sandals I ordered. However, when I tried them on, it was clear that while the top straps were elasticated and soft, those nearest the toes had a "leather" under-lining, making them hard and uncomfortable to wear. Sadly - I had to return them.

First pair arrived faulty, sent an email asking for replacement which I’ve still not received a reply to. Decided to order a 2nd pair anyway, which arrived super fast, but had to pay delivery again. 2nd pair are fine, however disappointed with lack of response and the fact that the first pair were faulty in the first place.

There was not enough support around the heel/ankle. The sandals have been returned for which I am still awaiting a refund.

Lotus court shoes are perfect but never have size 6in I’m always waiting for in stock text black and navy strapl and not been lucky yet

Delivery arrived promptly but was disappointed to see that the round sparkly disc which should be centred on top of the shoes was off centre. I had bought a pair from Next and returned them for the same fault. I decided to keep these shoes despite the fault as like the design and need them for a wedding but will irritate me when I look down at my shoes!

Unfortunately the shoe I ordered was out of stock but the website did not reflect this . It was disappointing to discover this especially as the transaction for the shoe was processed and money taken out my account . The other pair I ordered were unsuitable and on returning to the collect plus shop the return label would not process . Had to pay to return the parcel . Not a good experience all round .

I have always ordered my shoes from lotus and berm extremely pleased with the product and service but I am trying to return a couple of pairs of shoes and can’t get any response from either my emails or messages left on the phone. Hopefully I’ll hear something very soon

One pair I ordered was out of stock and I wasn’t informed. The shoes were delivered two days before I received an email saying they were to be dispatched that day, also with no indication that one pair was out of stock. I had to contact customer services to get refund. Nice shoes, shambolic delivery

The boots were lovely. The only issue was the size of the leg which was very narrow and didn’t fit so I had to return them.
