“I found Lords Sewing very helpful but the firm you used for delivery were a very big Zero. I have sorted the problem out with Lords Sewing help but on several phone calls to the couriers for my overnight delivery they gave me l different excuses and the driver told me that he was leaving that day as the firm appeared to be closing. Thank you for your prompt help and advice. Dawn le Grange”

“The online experience was very good so far. I have not received the product yet. But since I live I the USA I expect it to take a while. I am looking forward to receiving the tutorials. I have watched the ones that are available on YouTube and find them very helpful.”

“Excellent turn around and the goods were delivered on time and were well packaged. Slight niggle is the courier just left the parcel in the porch. We were at home. It's possible it came so early they didn't want to knock but couriers usually ask you to sign for a delivery. Otherwise great service.”

“I ordered and paid for an Anita Goodesign embroidery CD which was shown as in stock. Unfortunately I was told soon after by phone and email that the product was actually out of stock and it wouldn't be back in stock for a couple of weeks. I needed the embroideries to fulfill an order and so couldn't wait for it to come back in stock and had to buy it elsewhere. The refund was handled quickly and without fuss. I will definitely use Lords again, they were polite and genuinely sorry that they couldn't help me. I wish Lords did the Anita Goodesign VIP All Access. I'm sure there would be enough interest in this country.”

“I ordered something online and requested next day delivery. I received a phone call within minutes advising me that the items were out of stock they refunded the delivery payment and offered to refund the whole amount if I didn't want to wait 10 days for the item to be delivered. good comunications”

“I want to make the African Safari quilt which someone had shown on one of the quilting sites on facebook. I got in touch with the US author who advised me that Lords stocked this item in the UK, great I thought. Rang Lords just before Christmas and spoke with a lovely lady who explained how the designs were to be extracted from the cd (I haven't done this yet). Went away on holiday over the Christmas period and ordered it on my return and received it within 2 days - excellent service. Now just need the courage to take it out of the pack and put it on my computer - wish me luck.”

“I have ordered from Lords before and will do again. My only comment would be that it should be posted to the name of the person on the shipping address that has been asked by lords to complete , not the pay pal address if I was out I would not have been able to collect the parcel from the sorting office as I don't have any ID in my pay pal name as that has my previous name on it , there's no point in completing a form for shipping or billing if it's not going to be used”
