“Part of my order was delivered very quickly, the other part is out of stock (being ordered early/mid August). However, the staff did attempt to contact me re this by phone and email straight away. On the plus side, I am very pleased with the Anita Goodesign Christmas Card DVD - the Christmas Tree which I have sewn out onto cards (a number of times) sews out beautifully with no problems whatsoever.”

“Wasn't please when ordered on line and the informed 3 days later was out of stock! Website should state if items are out of stock! However communication was quick after that and item received within 5 days of placing order!”

Thank you for sharing your dissatisfaction Susan. Because we are a small business selling products in-store our website doesn't automatically track stock that's been sold through our till and we can get caught out so that's why we try and let the customer know as soon as possible and ask if it's OK to send later or offer to refund immediately. The three days was the result of a Friday night order not being dealt with until Monday morning so we have now created a system where a customer will be contacted over the weekend. Your comment has helped us to improve our service. Many thanks, Keith.

“very good service. Always stay in communication through email. However, If your after an Anita Goodesign, be prepared to wait, for your delivery ! Especially if you chose one that isn't as popular as others. they can't stock them all, all of the time ! I don't mind waiting for any of Anita Goodesign Products. You know your getting top quality ! Just wish I lived a little closer to Lords ! you'd have a hard job keeping me away ! Such lovely People ! Always available to help with any problem you have with your machine or software, in any way they can.”

Yes Mary, our Anita Goodesign collections are displayed in the shop without the cd inside so they don't "go missing". On occasion we forget to put it in the pack - for which we berate ourselves and quickly make amends :) Thanks for your kind understanding!
