“We just had a small order of a replacement screw for our presser foot. The item was easy to find and order and the price was excellent. It arrived really quickly. I think the only drawback was cost of postage, otherwise we were very happy.”

“Very prompt and part sent as requested however, after viewing video on how to fit new auto needle threader I see other parts are needed to make operational i.e. Assembly parts A and B, the small arms that make up the "triangle" you talk about. These are not available on your website - might be a good idea to also offer them?”

“I bought the squissors and the product is excellent. Unfortunately Royal Mail are letting you down on delivery. Whilst you dispatch promptly by first class it takes more than 3 days to deliver, so maybe a rethink in despatch method, so it doesn’t tarnish your excellent reputation? Just a thought”
