“You get superb service from Lords sewing, everything needed for our Brother Embroidery needs, so wish I lived nearer, have always had quick delivery, couldn't leave a thank you on the website, don't know why other than I'm not very pc literate. Thank you Lords Sewing.”

“Thread arrived in a timely manner, was a bit disappointed as it was a lighter grey than the one I needed. However, page did advise that colour may vary so was aware this might be the case. Thank you.”

“It was very easy to order from Lords and the website was user friendly. I was pleased they had PayPal which is a factor that encouraged me to buy from as it is so easy. Delivery was timely even though my order was placed over the holiday period and the communication was good by confirming my order was received etc. I shall certainly order from Lords in the future.”

“Lords Sewing is ace at sending orders out promptly ... though not so good with filling them (at least in my 2 cases). With the first order, they neglected to add an item. I called them abt it; once realized, they happily sent it with another order I had placed. The third order, they did not have two items that I was counting on and only found out abt that when I called abt the omitted item in the first order ... I informed them of the importance, as those items were for a client and put my trust in them to match colours close to the ones I wanted ... and was sent a duplicate item instead of a different colour ... I wasn't happy abt it as another colour would have been more useful ... cest la vie :(”

“Customer Service was Great the only minus was that one of my items wasn't in stock and I would have had to wait for my order , instead they did ring me and ask if I would like them to find a very near match , I told them this was OK and I received my order next day , Will certainly use them again”

“I am pleased with the tutorial sent on USB but I was under the impression from the website that I'd received both a CD in a nice case and the USB. Lessons on the Dream Machine are great and the step by step instructions are easy to understand. Price on this tutorial was also reasonable. Just wish I also got the CD as shown in the picture.”

Hello Pamela and thank you for your order. If you take a look again at the product you ordered - Tutorial for the Upgrade Kit 1 - it is just a USB product. Perhaps you also looked at the first tutorial we made on DVD when you were ordering and have since mixed them up? Anyway, the other DVD tutorial is still available and in a DVD case with disk.
