“The videos on the Dream Machine are very helpful in learning the machine so I ordered the DVD. On 11/25/2016 I received an email telling me my order 10252/171116/59 had been dispatched. It is 12/1/2016. I live in Michigan US. Can you give me an approximate delivery date? Thank you, Carolyn Wyatt”

“I found Lords Sewing very helpful but the firm you used for delivery were a very big Zero. I have sorted the problem out with Lords Sewing help but on several phone calls to the couriers for my overnight delivery they gave me l different excuses and the driver told me that he was leaving that day as the firm appeared to be closing. Thank you for your prompt help and advice. Dawn le Grange”
