“So pleased with the service from Lords Sewing. Ordered a piping foot for my brother machine at 21.50 on the 9th and it was with me via the post office mid-day on the 11th. I certainly wasn't expecting to be able to continue with my project so soon. Delighted.”

“I live in the south of England and whenever I have bought an item from Lords, it is usually via mail order, although I have visited the shop. All of my orders have been received very quickly (usually next day) Good Prices, and I would not hesitate to use for all of my sewing needs”

“I recently brought a 10 spool holder in the sale , an absolute bargain thank you Lords . I frequently buy threads etc too. I purchased my V5 from lords and I have it serviced there too ,even though I live in Birmingham its well worth the journey. All in all what an excellent experience it is to shop at Lords .”

“I bought my previous machine from Lords 20 years ago and decided it was time for an upgrade to something a little more fancy. Wasn’t sure exactly what machine I was was I was looking for but Kirsty was fantastic. Eventually decided on the Brother M380D for dual use for normal sewing and the ability to do embroidery. Nothing was too much trouble, Kirsty spent loads of time explaining all the functions and the available software that is compatible to get the most out of it. I was kept up to date on the delivery both to Lords and then to my home and there was no such thing as a silly question! Definitely the best place in the North West for customer service and range of machines.”
