“Absoloutely thrilled with the service I received. I couldnot find the cotton I was looking for so rang and spoke with a lovely lady who not only told me how to find it but also told me that if I couldn't find what I wanted to just order the nearest to it and she took my name and the item I actually wanted and made a note to make sure that the correct cotton was sent. Excellent service and my order was marked as despatched within three hours of me placing it. Customer Service at its best!!!”

“I had ordered some machine embroidery threads and a very nice young lady rang me to say one of them was out of stock. She suggested an alternative which I decided to try. In spite of this delay my order arrived the next day, excellent service, thank you.”

“When I call always there to help even if you don’t purchase anything When ordering online your order items are well packaged quickly dispatched and arrive within a couple of days, I live quite a distance from Lords Sewing but on the one time I visited the store the staff were there for help and support and answered my questions without having to think about their reply Lords Sewing are one of the best Brother dealers around others need to take a lesson from them My experience with Lords is 110% all round this is why I return to them”

“I have to say, Lords are amazing. Ordered late on saturday afternoon. Received a telephone call actual person to inform me of stock shortage - easily sorted. Parcel delivered safe and sound Tuesday. The best customer service and even sent some wonderful free items. Will definately be at the top of my list for all sewing supplies going forward. Thank you”

“Order arrived quickly and included everything I needed. I ordered a couple of machine parts and a few machine embroidery threads. The spools were much bigger than I expected - obviously I must have not read the small print - they are great and will no doubt last me a lifetime !! The threads are quite fine and very strong which is good for me as I often mix colours by stitching 2 threads together. I will be seeing what other colours they have”

“What absoultely fantastic company, they really couldnt have been better or more helfully efficient; I foolishly made the error of buying a 'compatible' mat for my Brother Scan'n'Cut SDX1200 which nearly broke my machine. I needed to do an urgent set up and Googled trying to find the most cost effective purchase. I literally stumbled across Lords Sewing who offered an extremely competitive price with free delivery. I went for it as it was an exceptionally good offer despite expecting a delay in delivery or at the very leat a substandard product, however I was literally amazed when the mat turned up the next day, bright and early, in impeccable condition, wrapped superbly and flat! To say how impressed I (still) am is an understatement. I have since been looking at their lovely website and I think my loyalies are soon to be switched from my current go-to shop. Thank you to Lords Sewing for being amazing.”
