“I was very impressed with the service I received. I had a phone call to advise that only one of the two items I ordered (the same thing) was in stock but that stock was due in later this week, and then they'd despatch as soon as it came in. Well they were true to their word and I got both items within 2 days. Great service! Thank you.”

“I searched for a Brother Dynamic walking foot on Google and Lords had the best price. I went onto their website and thought it looks very professional so I ordered from them. The website is easy to navigate and ordering was very straightforward. Postage is free and so I was REALLY pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day, well packed and in perfect order. I will be wanting to buy an embroidery machine in a few months and will definitely look at Lords. I’ll probably pop in, as I have realised that I know where they are. I didn’t know they were in Lancashire when I ordered, but I do now and I’m very happy to support a northern company ☺️”
