“Fantastic service, I wanted a Brother automatic needle threader for my Innovis A50. Was despatched and arrived very quickly. Encountered a problem when fitting - found the video on the website very useful but still had a little trouble (mine as it turned out). Telephoned and the matter was resolved very quickly and I now have a working needle threader YAHOO. Absolutely brilliant service from the team even with my stupid questions. Thank you so much would definitely use this company again and trust them and the products they sell.”
