“Jonathan Cabble was recommended to me by a friend at work. I called him up and was very impressed. He managed to reduce the term on my mortgage by 6 years, whilst keeping the monthly payments the same. Legend! Thank you.”

“Fantastic from start to finish. Was looking to remortgage after my existing fixed term deal came to an end. They found me a great deal, saving me hundreds of pounds a month and allowing me to clear the mortgage quicker. Great service that takes the pain and hassle away from remortgaging.”

“I think London & Country did an amazing job, there were always ready help and best of all always available when I called them. Having one dedicated agent was perfect as he always knew the status and my circumstances. I would definitely recommend London and Country, more specifically Dhilshan, who did a great job in getting my mortgage offer. Cheers.”

“Overall I am happy with L&C. They made the process of getting a mortgage as convenient and hassle free as possible. I would like in particular to thank Andy Simpson who was always available to answer my questions and was extremely professional, friendly and helpful at all times. I really hope that L&C are able to recognise the excellent service that Andy provides. I should also mention that I only came to L&C based on the recommendation of a friend who specifically suggested I dealt with Andy, given his experience. I wish I had been able to deal with Andy through the entire process because unfortunately I found my case manager could not provide the same level of service. He rarely if ever answered his phone and took much longer to answer emails. In the end I found dealing with Andy to be much quicker and more efficient.”

“Solicitors recommended where more expensive than informed and their service was atrocious and led to £575 of additional costs which they would not refund. Stephen Harrison was excellent though for his element of the re-mortgage and I would use again.”
