No broker fees, insurance to cover expenses should buy fall through, got the best mortgage product compared to offers from Burchell Edwards, Countrywide, St.James Place : Fantastic. 5 Stars Glitch: very few offices around the country and are not local. Need to send passport/ID to LC office for verification. I was not made aware of this early in the process and it was extremely inconvenient to send my passport when mortgage application started due to my frequent international travels. If client is made aware of this and application is planned at convenient time for ID verification --- zero hassles, maximum value and best mortgage broker service out there. Would always recommend.
