Overall I am happy with L&C. They made the process of getting a mortgage as convenient and hassle free as possible. I would like in particular to thank Andy Simpson who was always available to answer my questions and was extremely professional, friendly and helpful at all times. I really hope that L&C are able to recognise the excellent service that Andy provides. I should also mention that I only came to L&C based on the recommendation of a friend who specifically suggested I dealt with Andy, given his experience. I wish I had been able to deal with Andy through the entire process because unfortunately I found my case manager could not provide the same level of service. He rarely if ever answered his phone and took much longer to answer emails. In the end I found dealing with Andy to be much quicker and more efficient.
