“I would fully recommend London and County. From their advisor Adam to my case Manager Liam. I was kept fully updated at each stage of the process. Great mortgage deal better than I could have found. extremely fast service my only regret than I didn't find them sooner.”

“Was concerned I wouldn't get a morgage as had a few missed payments on my credit file. was no issue with L & C put me though to a more experienced advisor and I am now in the process of buying my first home with a 10% deposit thought it would be a lot more!! Can't thank Simon smith enough. Definitely recommend and will be remortgaging with them in the future!! Also nice that don't get charged a fee!”

“From my initial telephone enquiry to completion of our remortgage the service was excellent Our mortgage application was complicated by mu age but L&C provide an excellent quote which met out needs the service from the chosen lender and their solicitor was also excellent demonstrating that L&C have contacts with excellent providers.”

“London and Country really helped me out with setting up my Mortgage and all that goes with it. I was given a dedicated advisor who helped me hugely with all my first time buyer questions I had. I had a stress free experience with London and Country, I'm not sure I would have been able to do it without them. Overall they are a very professional mortgage broker who provide a personalised service to tailor your exact needs.”

“I was referred to L&C by a friend and the service I received from William was very personal and professional . He called when he said he would, he took notes of the best time to reach me and was absolutely patient . I kept changing my mind and he kept giving me options . He has now become my family and friends mortgage expert, as I have and continue to refer anyone who speaks to me about mortgages to William from L&C,not to forget Aoife who dealt with the paperwork needed after the mortgage was submitted. I am now a London & Country promoter.”

“all I can truly say is that Tristan parker has handled our mortgage with great professionalism and his assistance from start to finish has been invaluable. our situation wasn't straightforward but he constantly worked hard to find the right deal and now our dream will soon to be a reality. would definitely recommend to others especially those with difficult circumstances in obtaining a mortgage.”

“Fantastic service throughout. Initial mortgage quotes came through quickly, I was updated throughout the process by my advisor through a mixture of emails and phone calls. Advisor was really friendly and approachable - always responded quickly to any questions. My mortgage has a market leading rate - very happy. Will use L&C again when it comes to the end of my fixed period.”

“I have to say that working with L & C was quite a pleasurable experience considering that dealing with finances can be very stressful. Once I had explained my situation I was immediately put at ease and told that they could help, and help sort out my remortgage they did. From start to finish I felt I was in good hands and they kept me up to date with my application every step of the way. No judgements just solutions - I would highly recommend.”
