“We received excellent service from London and Country and would recommend them unreservedly. The friendly, professional service we received from our Stephen and Richard our case managers was exceptional. They were responsive, chased all our enquiries and we completed our mortgage application and house purchase very quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to use L&C again.”

“L & C provided an excellent service in finding us a new mortgage deal. After taking a full financial history, it was only days before our advisor found us an excellent mortgage that was considerably cheaper than we were currently paying. We were kept informed of what was happening and everything went through smoothly. I would recommend their service.”

“London and Country Mortgages exceeded my expectations again. This is the second time I have used them and they are second to none. Not only do they recommend excellent products but any queries or worries are answered immediately, either by email or telephone. Howard Dennis and Jackson Briggs were superb. “Found us a v. competitive rate for our BTL Useful advice about the pros & cons of different mortgage lenders Kept us well informed throughout the process, were easy to contact, and v. efficient in acknowledging receipt of documents, next steps etc. I would definitely use them again.”

“Service was good and both people I spoke to helpful and kept me updated at every opportunity. Only downside, I only wanted a mortgage but kept getting pressure to take out extra insurance which I declined. Would recommend though.”

“We had the same person to deal with our account from start to finish. He was down to earth and normal. Listened to us and really helped. He didn't mind when we changed our mind several times either. Overall great service and would really recommend. Always responded to calls & emails promptly. Wish I'd called them sooner as I'd wasted loads of time trying to sort it out myself previously. They had the knowledge needed to sort out whole process much more efficiently.”
