“From start to finish the whole process ran smoothly and effortlessly. Chris was great in explaining how the process worked and keeping us up to date on how things were progressing and Ross completed the process without any hitches. “We were in an odd situation, we had a large deposit to put down & good credit yet we had other circumstances which to some may've given us an impossible task to get the right mortgage. L&C however understand different peoples circumstances, they know the market & the know what lenders are right for your situation & we would never had know which way to turn without their help. We are now just waiting for completion on our purchase....happy days !!”

“I have been a customer with L&C for the last 15 years or so. Kieley, my Adviser has been superb! I am not the easiest customer to deal with but she has always been patient, super efficient and precise with my requirements which have usually changed at least a couple of times throughout each process. I am a BTL investor and they have been great and taken all of the stress out of mortgage hunting for me. Ashley who is my account manager is awesome too. She has usually got everything sorted before even the online tracking has had time to update and register keeping informed throughout the process. You'd be mad to use anybody else!”

“The whole process of getting my mortgage was made easy by fast effective communication. I was informed of the different products that could work for me as well as explanations to help me make an informed decision.
