“The service provided by London and Country Mortgages was excellent from start to finish. The mortgage broker was friendly and engaging. He explained everything he was doing as we moved forward and was always ready to explain terms we did not understand. He found us the right mortgage that suited out situation. Our case manager was also incredibly helpful. She made sure we were comfortable with the application for the mortgage and again, guided us through the process - always available and friendly over the phone. The service was excellent and we are very pleased.”

“We were initially impressed and happy with the great mortgage deal that London and country found us that suited our needs. The disappointment became evident when we received a bill for legal fees and land registry fees after being told it was a "fee free" mortgage. So out of pocket by £300 +, we will be sorting in branch next time”

“Was a bit concerned about getting a mortgage post MMR but advisor was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Tight timescale on deal but everyone pulled together to get offer on time and was informed every step of the way. Wouldn't hesitate to use again next time.”

“London&Country were a wonderful mortgage advice company to work with. Their advice, communication skills and follow up is second to none. I will never look further than this company again. L&C took all the stress out of the mortgage process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“When you call them up you get through to somebody very quickly. Astrit (mortgage adviser) was very helpful and he took the time to call me back and leave a message with any update on the mortgage application. I very much recommend their service.”

“We were told it very hard to get mortgage and it takes long time to get approval. Our mortgage broker worked hard communicating between us and a lender. And at the end we got approval and signed papers. It took us only 5 weeks. We are very happy that we contacted London&Country mortgage brokers.”

“The response and actioning of a mortgage by London and Country is very swift and greatly appreciated. My only dislike is the presumption that we'd take up the conveyancers L&C suggests, to the point they're contacting me even after I've told L&C who I'm using and they're to de-instruct for me. And 3 weeks on from getting my mortgage approved and we're having to tell the mortgage provider directly the correct conveyancers' details. Along with the L&C suggested conveyancers contacting me directly 3 weeks on from receiving my mortgage offer. Not appreciated.”
