“My experience with L&C so far has been nothing short of a nightmare and we are probably going to lose the house we want due to their appalling customer service. Everything has been so slow. It has taken MONTHS to just get to the point where we are submitting the application. They ask a question then after answering we hear nothing for days and days only for a different question to then be asked. The team members are constantly going on holiday so you get passed from pillar to post or even worse, your case is just left hanging with no-one looking at it. The first person we dealt with Shannon had no clue what she was doing. Absolutely none. Her team manager was as clueless. Bearing in mind we had submitted a very strong complaint about our treatment an email was sent asking a question which was not answered correctly (we gave them an account number which was too long as we added the 01 on the card onto the end, it took them SIX DAYS to contact us to say this isn't correct. SIX DAYS!!!! I cannot stress strongly enough to avoid them or lose the house of your dreams and make yourself ill with the stress of dealing with them.”

“Excellent service. Continuity of care, with a single adviser who you can directly call. Adviser was patient and thorough in leading me through the options. Handheld through the process, which I needed as a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend.”

“London & Country are always my first port of call when looking to take out a new mortage or, in this particular example, arrange a remortgage. I've always found everyone to be thoroughly helpful, explaining the various steps I'll have to go through and ensuring I know what to expect at the end of the process. Highly recommended.”

“We just wanted to thank you both very much for your hard work and excellent service in getting Nicola and me to this point, we have been really impressed with your level of communication, with the urgency in clarifying any queries that have arisen, and overall your customer service during our application. It's definitely true what they say about buying and selling a house being one of (if not the most) stressful times during a person's life, but you've gone a long way to helping us remain relaxed (most of the time!!). We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends, and I'm 100% sure that if we were to ever move again, we would come straight to London & Country!!”

“We have used London & Country Mortgages two times (for three mortgages). We never had a straight forward case and the team did an amazing job to help us pull everything through!! Even when we had obstacles and dead ends they always found us another solution! I am sure we will be using them again but next time I believe it will be straight forward. We will get in touch with them to find us a better deal as soon as our current rate is about to expire. It's great there is no fee whatsoever and you are not obliged to purchase any other services/insurances - although they are always a fantastic value - so if you need anything else I would highly recommend. They also have an excellent value solicitors.”

“London & Country Mortgages have done a very good job for me. which I never thought they would. They are dealing my case quickly and simple. Specially the case manage Martin P.
