“Not one negative thing to say about the service received from L&C. Great to have a case manager and dedicated adviser, no being passed around. Whole process from first call to completion of mortgage took 5 weeks.”

“Brilliant from start to finish - wonderful to have experts in new build properties to guide us through this very tricky process especially when we had very limited providers to choose from. I'd recommend anybody to use them. ????????”

“I received excellent service from L&C. The two brokers I dealt with, Natalie Battista and Darren Sharpe were extremely helpful and expedited the mortgage process in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend their top service and would use them again. It would be handy though to be able to view my mortgage accounts online though that is a technical matter. Kind Regards Vik”

“Firstly, the overall service was good. The case officer was generally helpful, responses to queries were dealt with within a satisfactory time period and communications via email were clear and relatively speedy. In way of recommendation: 1. Whilst the mortgage that was found for me was very competitive, I would appreciate if 3 best mortgage products found are forwarded for review and comparison by the customer. 2. In addition, I found associated products being recommended are not very competitive and therefore don’t offer best value to customers, namely building insurance and life insurance. A little bit of research online and similar products can be found for a much better value. 3. Overall, I would recommend the service to others but would ask that people do their own research for comparison and to make sure best values are being achieved.”

“great advice and answer to all my questions, L&C were quick to respond and keep things moving. I turned to them when I was disappointed with the broker I had initially chosen and they did not disappoint. My broker at L&C, Nicholas, provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only issue was with a number of copies of documents being sent over email, which is probably not the most secure. L&C should make it easier to send via their secure portal. The portal itself wasn't up to date with the progress of our case either. All in all though, very happy with the service.”
