“Efficient selection of initial mortgage options which were then well explained and tailored to our requirements. Our adviser then helped narrow the choices with supporting experience such as speed of mortgage application, impact on the capital amount. The recommended solicitor from L&C has so far also been extremely efficient and effective-it appears a seamless process between the advisers and other providers- a one stop shop! We have used L&C 3 times now with the same high level of service each time.”

“The whole experience was so easy. I called and Rebecca took care of absolutely everything. She told me beforehand what I needed for my application, and always scheduled convenient times to call. She explained everything in simple terms and answered all my questions. The entire process only took 18 working days and did not cost me a penny. I would recommend highly, fast efficient, transparent advice and service. Thank you!!”

“The whole process was very straightforward from beginning to end - initial discussions on the phone, mortgage proposal a few days later. I then did the application over the phone with an adviser and the communication from then on was excellent until the mortgage was agreed and the solicitor took over. Very impressed - compared with the last mortgage process done locally and face to face with a financial adviser it was much smoother and simpler.”

“They're fab. I've been with them for about 15 years I think. And I'm not even particularly old. I've not stuck with mobile phone providers or insurance or energy companies more than about six years. The only folk I've stayed with longer is that bank that's known to be fantastic and customers stay there forever. Weird to think about this. L&C have repeatedly provided such a great, easy friendly and professional service that I don't look elsewhere, and I don't need to remember when my mortgage needs renewing. I remember anyway, and they're always there, getting in touch sensibly early. Also the advisor you get tends to stay. I've had three in all this time. You know when you get a typical company providing a service, and the staff don't know much, and you think "presumably the clever people are all in some other company." This is that company. (Well L&C, plus that brilliant bank that apparently most people still don't know about.)”

“After speaking to some other brokers and being messed around L&C helped us get a mortgage quickly and with no hick ups. Within two weeks the mortgage application was completed, our docs where sent in and the application was approved exactly as L&C said it would and with a low interest rate which is great. Very pleased with the service. thank you Erion Batalli”
