“The mortgage adviser I had (Alexander raistrick) walked me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had. He also encouraged me to ask questions and help me understand all aspects of the mortgage. our case manager Daniel Wakenshaw was a great help as well, told me exactly what documents were needed and made sure we got our mortgage offer ASAP. Finally Jake Dugan has been brilliant with the home insurance, he called me up and walked me through the buildings insurance telling me exactly what everything meant. All 3 have been such a great help and have given me a great amount of confidence! Will definitely be coming back to London & Country for the remortgage.”

“Initially had concerns as if not used a broker before. However, really smooth process. Helped me through every step, far less stressful than I was expecting and completed on the date I needed. Always there for help and advice through the process. I have recommended them to several friends!”

“London and Country Mortgage were very professional in helping me to secure a mortgage. Excellent communication at all times and very responsive to emails and phone calls and kept me updated throughout the process until Mortgage offer received. The only downside is the persuasion to sell the associated mortgage Insurance products. It was quite compelling that at times it felt like the mortgage would be unsuccessful unless you bought the insurance via London and Country. Other than that, I would recommend the service to others.”

“Your support, knowledge and guidance was excellent. Adam Lane was truly excellent with his support, patience and organisation. It took us about two years in total to secure a place after many let downs and he provided such a sense of decorum and authority through such a chaotic period!”

“The service and help we received was excellent. We contacted L & C when we thought there was no chance of a mortgage (only £20,00) at our age which was vital to enable us to get the property we wanted. We were reassured and after quite a lot of questions, we nearly had a mortgage. A problem soon solved band we had an offer. All conversations were polite, confident and positive. We are now settled in our new home and would certainly recommend L & C to everyone”
