“A friend of mine recommended me the company as he had his flat remortgaged with them and had been very happy Unfortunately I wasn't that lucky There were a few mistakes made which delayed everything for too long. I'm happy that finally the remortgage of my flat has been completed on Friday”

“This is the first time I have had to arrange a mortgage and it was all very simple through L&C mortgages. My adviser explained everything clearly, discussed my options and recommended the best deal for my needs. Once I had decided to go ahead L&C did it all for me. It was very easy and stress free. I'd definitely use them again.”

“I have always dealt with James Bellis and I can't rate him highly enough! I have used 3 times now to remortgage and can't see any reason why I wouldn't use him again. Have also referred whoever asks me for mortgage recommendations, I always pass on James' details.”

“I was dealing with Adam in mortgages most of the time. He was very polite and formal in his communications. Answered questions quickly and made the process easy. I was given plenty of options and after telling him my requirements he came back with good offers and I picked the one most suitable for me. He accepted when I wasn't interested in something and moved on to other matters.”
