Firstly, the overall service was good. The case officer was generally helpful, responses to queries were dealt with within a satisfactory time period and communications via email were clear and relatively speedy. In way of recommendation: 1. Whilst the mortgage that was found for me was very competitive, I would appreciate if 3 best mortgage products found are forwarded for review and comparison by the customer. 2. In addition, I found associated products being recommended are not very competitive and therefore don’t offer best value to customers, namely building insurance and life insurance. A little bit of research online and similar products can be found for a much better value. 3. Overall, I would recommend the service to others but would ask that people do their own research for comparison and to make sure best values are being achieved.
