“Carl answered the call personally (not through an automated switchboard) so got to talk to him immediately, always a plus. I explained we needed the front door lock changed and he was with us in about 30 minutes (this was evening). He was very efficient and friendly and offered options for the replacemnet lock. Very pleased with the service and his expertise. Would highly recommend.”

“Arrived on time. Fixed my lock and even mended my back door lock so I was very impressed and happy. Jean-Paul is extremely pleasant and efficient. Would use him again and highly recommend.”

“Excellent. Very confident, no messing around, Wesley knew his stuff, was straight onto the job and then gone leaving no traces behind but a new lock that to all sense and perception looked a better lock for the job in conception than the one he replaced”
