“Having phoned two local locksmiths leaving messages on their answer phones advising them I had a faulty door lock and chasing them up during the week, out of frustration I phoned LockRite. The phone was answered after two or three rings by a young lady who enquired of my problem suggesting that Kevin the locksmith would get in touch with me. Twenty minutes later Kevin Maunton phoned me to say he would be at my property by 10.00am. Unfortunately he was two minutes early! He attended to my problem during which time I found his interpersonal skills and attention to detail excellent. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to others.”

“I had a problem with our front door not locking and contacted persimmon for advice. Alison there suggested Lockrite and Bob in particular! Within an hour Bob was at our house and had solved the problem within 45 minutes. Excellent job !”
