“Simon was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable and so friendly! He came within an hour of the call and did a great job for a really good price. “Good things first : prompt availability, really nice chap , went out there way to order a part and returned a couple of days later on time . Bad things : I understand the door is old but the work carried out is poor , internal bolt and lock mechanism at an angle , the handles and whole unit is flimsy , the when the door is shut the whole door moves and rattles with the wind , the door already has felt to protect from the wind to stop any wind getting in and didn’t rattle before the chap turned up . I now have to get someone else in that my brother knows to try and fix it but it doesn’t look good with extra holes made by your engineer .”
