“Called after being unable to get into house as keys had been left in lock on the other side. LockRite arrived within 30 minutes and quickly had me inside. Brilliant service.”

“External locks needed changing after moving in. Freddie was available the same day, attended as discussed. One lock was too short for the door width and therefore had to order correct length barrel. Returned and fitted correct barrel within given timeframe.Very happy with service provided and his demeanour throughout.”

“I phoned Chad as the deadlocks on my front door had jammed it shut. Chad explained that there would be no call out charge and would look at the problem and let us know how much the job would cost, he turned up on time within a couple of hours, show me what the problem was (broken deadlock), ordered the new part immeditaly and came back the next morning (on time again) the fit the new part which sorted the problem out, we was very happy about that. Chad was a really nice bloke, very honest with a great sense of humour. I have kept his card as would 100% use him again or recommend him to anyone that needs a Locksmith.”

“Ray was great. He replied to my initial email within 24 hours. I then sent over some pictures of the lock mechanism of our patio door that was completely broken. He then advised that it couldn’t be replaced as it was obsolete but offered another solution and that was fitted yesterday. Couldn’t recommend Ray highly enough and his communication from Initial contact was excellent.”

“Phoned and spoke to an actual locksmith, not a call centre, who was able to assess my lock problem over the phone, estimate costs and the time he could get to my property. He gave a reasonable quote, arrived on time was able to fix the issue with my door - I was really impressed. Would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.”
