“Derek turned up within 30 mins of my call and proceeded to have my door opened within 10 mins and not a mark on the door. He carried the job out in a professional manner and had the handle and locks working like they were new. He also adjusted the keep plate so it wasn’t rubbing anymore and the door shuts without a problem now. He also tidied up after himself. All in all really pleased.”

“Chris attended my flat to change the locks the first weekend of July 2020 and was excellent. He arrived early and did a great job. Chris explained to me the various locks that had been put on the door and suggested that I didn't actually need all of them changed; two would be sufficient. It was extremely reassuring that Chris did not just take the opportunity to charge for all the locks to be changed, he used his expertise to explain what my options were and allowed me to make the decision. Chris also made some copies of the keys for me on the day which was extremely helpful, and filled in the holes that had been made by the previous locksmith. I coud not recommend more highly.”

“Called around 1pm about our faulty UPVC door lock, David was with us at around 2.15 to replace it. Very quickly put us a new lock in the door, and sorted it very quickly. Very professional and friendly would totally recommend for any job involving your locks! Thanks again David, best wishes, Jo & John”

“Suddenly started having difficulty latching our uPVC front door, to the point we had become reluctant to unlock it for fear it wouldn't lock again. Called Ross about it on a Sunday evening and he was with us on the Monday morning. The existing lock was rather old and could no longer be replaced like for like, so we were worried we would need a whole new front door. However, Ross spent some time sourcing alternative options for us and came back a couple of days later to fit a new universal locking system that is ultimately now more secure than our original lock! It was clearly not an easy job, but Ross completed the work to a high standard and his advice and communication throughout the process was greatly reassuring. Highly recommended!”
