“Superb service from a very professional company. Peter is a smashing guy, arrived promptly on the stated time and was extremely friendly, courteous and meticulous in his work. He also cleaned up his mess afterwards. Saved the day on our disaster and we have never been more happy to see a workman......... ever.”

At Lockrite we strive to ensure our customers are happy with the service we provide to them and this is always nice to hear. We are sorry that you found the service provided cost more than you anticipated as we do strive to provide the level of service our customers deserve at a competitive price. You should have been given clear guidence on our pricing before any work was undertaken. We aim to always provide customers with an estimate and wait for approval before starting any work. This includes ensuring customers are fully aware that there is VAT and any materials used to be added to the hourly rates when the final bill is calculated. Should this have not been your experience please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team on 0800 0612 677 so we can look into this further. Regarding the old lock and keys, we do try to clean up after providing our service and I apologise if there was confusion here. “Gav from LockRite in Taunton was professional, easy to deal with and provided a quick turnaround. His price quoted and the work delivered was very good, although different to what originally quoted by the central network of LockRite, that was the only confusing bit, but Gav was great.”

“I rang 5 "24 Hour" locksmiths who either didn't answer or hung up on me before getting to lockrite. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who came but I know he was from Middlesbrough and drove 50 minutes at 1am to free me from a broken bathroom. Thank you so much”

“Excellent prompt service. Needed a lock 'unlocking' on a Sunday morning and they were there quickly and at no fuss. Highly skilled and sorted in just a few minutes when I thought all was lost! No damage to lock and very courteous and professional too. Good value too considering the complexity of the lock I have. Highly recommended!”

“Really superb service. John showed great customer communications right from the first contact. He worked around our time need. He arrived promptly, knowing we were tight for time , if anything came before we expected, which was welcome. The work was carried out rapidly and smoothly in a professional way, and it was a pleasure to meet him. The cost was very modest. Really great all round.”
