“Emergency call to LockRite Locksmiths due to our front door lock unable to open. Tony Fordham came in like a doctor who immediately performed a "keyhole surgery" lol! and job sorted. He is our saviour! Polite, honest and reliable person who explained everything to us about the problem and the work done. Truly he is an asset to the company. Highly recommendable.”

“Very personable operative. Willing to try different ways to get into the house and refused my suggestion to break a window, instead asked for advice from 'control' and he managed to get in through the letterbox. Certainly was not trying to maximise his earnings.”

“Paul was great came within half an hour, knew what the issue was straight away and got on with it. Great covid 19 and social distancing Precautions in place, wiped and cleaned everything down before he allowed me to test the door. “Shaun was efficient and gave satisfactory service. However, I expected him to be aware of social distancing and to wear gloves for his work, a different pair of disposable gloves for each job. I disinfected the lock and area after he had left.”

“Very fast and professional Locksmiths. The Locksmith explained and showed us the problem, he then swiftly fixed it by replacing the broken part. We would definitely recommend this Company and this Locksmith to others.”
