“Symon was brilliant - he was courteous and had excellent knowledge about locks and door aligment. I was impressed by the speed at which he resolved a tricky issue and as well as managed to replace two other locks where they had become faulty. I would highly recomment Symon and LockRtite Locksmiths.”

“Richard was really knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and triple checked his work to make sure that not only my door was secure after fitting a lock but also closed and locked with ease - as before it would be quite the struggle to lock it. 10/10, will definitely call for Richard again in future! :)”

“Freddie was superb. Arrived on time, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and gave me a tutorial on how to use the new locks on both doors. I would recommend him to anyone. Also a friendly guy who put my mind at ease.”

“Colin was brilliant getting us back into a holiday rental. He was honest, kind and cleaned up afterwards. I really didn't want the door damaged and he actually left the owner with a new lock, safer door and cut additional new keys - all for the original quoted price. Extremely grateful.”

“Kevin attended my property to repair a side garage door which had been broken into. He was excellent in every aspect of the repair. Very capable, charming, knowledgeable and gave reassurance the repairs and upgrades were as good as possible. It was much appreciated. I highly recommend Kevin.”
