“I was recommended the site by a local surveyor who did not specialise in Right of Light/45 degree assessments. I have now emailed a couple of surveying firms who may be able to assist, from those available on Local Surveyors Direct.”

“As the property I was interested in was in the Poole area I was surprised that there were not more surveyors from the area on your web site. As it happens the surveyor I chose was local and some 20% less expensive than the others, all of whom would have had some distance to travel to get to the property. The response from several was very quick but unfortunately they were the more expensive firms. I did find your website useful explaining the different levels of survey which many people might not be aware of”

“Matt Pearce who carried out the electrical inspection did a great job. He turned up on time and at short notice showed his ID and got on with the inspection in a professional manner. He did find a problem which he rectified at the time and charged us a fair rate for the work. Highly recommended.”
