“It's not that the comparison service is poor (it's actually very quick and easy to use) it's just annoying that you are immediately inundated with surveyors over email and phone. Which continues for days. Consider using your nemesis' contact details if you want to use the service.”

“Surveyors were not local. I was tempted by one conveyancer until I read terrible reviews on another site. I have gone with my estate agent's recommendations. Service is more important than cost In this instance.”

“Quick response. Relevant and helpful info. Trying to extract help from local council impossible, a relief to find alternative help in a complex subject full of pitfalls and snags and where expertise & advice are therefore most welcome. Thank you.”

“Very quick response to my request and made a site visit that day This resulted in drawings forwarded the next day for approval. Good do nothing better than commission the Architect to engage direct with Camden Council. Your site gave a service that negated the time and problem to ensure that the right person and company was engaged for my task to satisfy Camden Council Regards Barbara Glencross”

“The surveyor I found was great and at a good price. The only issue was that once I had found a surveyor I still continued to receive emails and calls from other surveyors and this wasted my time and theirs. Nigel”
