“I am a mortgage broker and I use Local Surveyors Direct on behalf of clients where they are looking to obtain a homebuyer survey or structural survey which is independent of the lender that they are applying for a mortgage with and who will instruct surveyors for their own valuation for mortgage purposes. Occasionally I am approached by clients who looking at auction properties or an outright purchase without a mortgage and for their own peace of mind they would like to be reassured about the condition of a property . I value the service provided by Local Surveyors Direct.”

“I had a fantastic response the over all table provided at a glance the relevant info such as price then , qualifications and guidance on surveryors , then I had immediate response from ateast two surveyors offering their services .
