“Nothing short of ambulance chasers .”

“This site states local surveyors but in fact the people who contacted me were from miles away, fixed price they say but the first question is how much is the property being sold for. The paperwork required is the same if you are selling a one bed house or a castle but you have to pay according to the value of the property, this fixed price stated is utter rubbish and a big con. It's about time that the legal profession started charging for the work that they actually do and not cash in on the sale price.”

“I have had so many unsolicited emails from surveyors about the quotes, honestly if I thought I was going to get bombarded by emails I wouldn't have used this website. It's intrusive and not obvious that you give it my details to all these companies. Not a happy website user at all.”

“Nobody bothered to contact us, probably because the job was likely to be a small one. We might as well have just gone via yellow pages. Decent electricians are hard to come by and in the end we went via a relative's recommendation.”

“Your structure engineer is poor I sent you an email explaining this and you have not responded The guy I gave the work to want the money up front and then could not come for a month. Not genuine.”

“I was only looking to get a rough idea of prices for the survey of a property and no sooner had I used the website was I being harassed by people calling me all the time. I received over 20 cold calls in 2 days as a result of your website. I found the whole process distressing and it put me of ever using you again.”

“I have say that the whole experience has been very stressful . It's nearly a year since he started drawing the plans for all the steps to completed. Building and water control and so on .Planning department asked for the plan to be amended . The Archiet send it back partly done. I am so stressed about the whole thing . Mrs Shillingford.
