These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Almost all the companies you sent did not reply with a quote/estimate. They replied with long winded introductory emails touting for business. I simply just wanted the price without any fuss or back and forth, as was suggested in your website.”

“Contacted county line through you. An appointment was booked immediately, they came and took photos and measurements, said they would let me have a quote in a few days. Despite reminders never got a quote for the work. Complete waste of time! Always best to go through recommendation.”

“Terrible. Instead of just getting emails, got calls asking how much property cost, and reneging on quote. Plus it was all just hard sell. Couldn’t care less about our actually questions.”

“I asked for an instant surveyor price comparison, instead you passed my details onto hundreds of conveyancers and surveyors, who have deluged me with emails. I will never use your site again, and will advise everyone i speak to on the subject to do likewise. Abysmal. If you were in any way reasonable, i’d ask you to delete my details.”

Hi. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received from us. We only pass on your information to the Suppliers we have listed in your area - which is never more than 8 in any area, and in many cases less than this. As we state in our Terms and Conditions - we do not pass your details on to any other third parties, and we only contact you again to ask for feedback, and never again after that. I hope this helps to put your mind at rest.

“Terrible, I only wanted to get an idea of how much it costs. I was then barraged with phone calls and emails from every single independent surveyor. I wasn't expecting the price comparison site to immediately share all my personal details.”
