Our main business is helping home owners and home buyers make contact with Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Architects, Domestic Energy Assessors, Electricians, Drainage Contractors and other people providing property related services. In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I would not recommend this site. They passed on my email to lots of contractors including ones that were not related to my request and I got emails for the next few days.”

“They give out all you details like phone number and email too all these different companies. They then all start spamming you with calls, texts and emails. I had 4 calls wishing 40 minutes.”

“Hopeless. It asked for the postcode of the property I needed surveying, and then through some algorythm shenanigans I got only surveyors local to my own area 200 miles away!”

“Despite asking not to be contacted by phone in the options form I still had surveyors calling me. The quoted prices were all pretty much low balled despite taking the full postcode address of the property I wanted surveying. Each surveyor then proceeded to increase the quote but as much as 100% once they had engaged with me. Have moved on to try to find a surveyor through a trusted recommendation instead of an automated site like this.”

“I did not contact any Local Surveyor. I was discussing a private matter with an Insurance company and I was suddenly deluged with a vast quantity quotes from all sorts of Surveyors. I do not approve of this sort of what I regard as cold-calling”

“Contacted Axiomdesigns architect (David), for help with drawings for home improvements, ie wall or two coming down and new walls erected. David wasted about 2 to 3 weeks of my time advising he would appear at agreed appointment times and never did, TIMEWASTER, never had such poor customer service from architects in my life.”

“I never intended to ask anyone for a survey, I do not know why I was then contacted by a number of companies, I was just looking up to see what was meant by a rebuilding cost. This experience has been a real nuisance.”

“I was only looking for a fire door surveyor not having a full house survey. I have now found a fire door specialist. Having said that, I have had plenty of surveyors for a complete house survey contact me. Unfortunately I have had to spend time explaining to them that there had been a misunderstanding about my requirements.”

“This website is not intended to let you find a local surveyor, it's only purpose is to let local surveyors find YOU. There is no way to get surveyor listings without supplying tons of personal data about yourself, which is then immediately handed over to all surveyors who (presumably) are paying for that access. You will get literally weeks if not months of spam in your email and tons of unsolicited phone calls. If your idea is to find a surveyor at your leisure, this isn't the website for you; you will be bombarded by calls and emails at their leisure, not yours.”

Hi - I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience after using our website. Please be reassured that your details are only passed on to a maximum of 8 suppliers in your local area, they are not added to a mailing list and they are not passed on to anyone else. We do have an option for you to not receive any calls, which is to enter 0000 into the telephone box. We also only ask for your email address and optional phone number, we do not request any additional details. If anyone does not want to provide their email address, they have the option to call our helpline and one of our Team will provide all the information you need directly over the phone. I hope that if you do want to use our website again, one of these options will be more suitable for you.

“I was happy to do the survey, but have no idea what I am supposed to do with the £10.00 put onto a wallet. A couple of questions covered the easibility of technology now used for every day use, only for me to get to the end and not have a clue how I am supposed to redeem the £10.00 :)”

Hi - I think you may have got us confused with someone else! We are a price comparison site for Property Services, we do not run surveys or issue payment on to wallets!
