“Very poor safety checks on businesses. I have used Local Surveyor Direct to find an architect for a single storey extention. I have contacted one Victoria Browne which turned out to be a fraud. Paid her first installment and never heard back from her. Local Surveyors Direct confirmed that they have previously had complaints on this person so they have taken her off the site. She is still showing under different address!”

“Unfortunately the surveyor selected to do an EPC having agreed at date and time did not turn up. My tenant had arranged to be at home from work. I have since been unable to contact the surveyor by phone or email so I assume she has gone out of business and should be taken off your listing.”

“I asked for an electronic to come out and quote me before he carried out the job. The advisor who called was rude and gave in correct time scales for engineer to come out. When engineer turn up, didn't go by any government guide line for mask cover for his face, he walk in with his shoes on didn't give me a quote and started on the job and accepted me to pay. When I said no he said with out doing the job he couldn't advice how much it would be. He put things back and left. I never had such poor customer service in my life..”
