In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“It's nice to know there is a register with all local architects surrounding my area. But I didn't know signing up and ticking that 'accept terms and conditions' box was signing my life away as straight after I got an email from the site which was meaningless. And then the next working day I got several calls and messages through WhatsApp too with architect firms trying to sell me adivice I don't want because I would much rather call in my time and do my own research on the companies that are available to me. Abit complicit to say the least on how this site deals with my personal information lesson learnt too late on my behalf.”

“I hate star ratings because they are stupid. Life is too short. You have got a Very Poor for that reason. Now please read the comment. I was very pleased with the simplicity of the site and the response of the surveyors identified. Thank you. QM”

“I strongly objected to surveyors contacting me by telephone from all areas of U.K. trying to get business, when I was only trying to get a few names local to myself to assist with a problem I have. This was so very annoying.”

“I think it’s ridiculous to give so many company’s my data and contact information without giving me rough quotes beforehand like other comparison sites. I had no idea I would receive so many emails! I’ve now had to go through making sure 15-20 companies remove my data. A pre warning is definitely needed. I will not be using anyone who uses this site and I’ll be warning people I know.”

“While it was great to get some information from this website, the amount of harassment I got through continuous calls was unbearable. I should not have had to leave a phone number. Would recommend independent research to avoid this.”

I am really sorry to hear that you received unwanted phone calls after using our website. We do give the option to not provide a phone number if you would rather not be contacted that way. Instead of entering your phone number you can enter 0000 instead - and then our Members know that you don't want to be called. We will have a look at our website and make sure this information is displayed prominently so that all our Customers can make informed decisions.
