In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I rang one of the two numbers that were local to me, i.e. Hereford. The first number I rang is not an available number. It is not a recognised number. So I am not at all impressed with your website. It has not helped me at all.”

“I wanted a survey done of shower leak and broken ceiling and everyone from this site wanted a minimum of £400. At least £60 cheaper to call firms directly I have found.”

“The reason for only scoring a poor was the lack of response, i only received one company who at least contacted me and was prepared to visit my home to supply me with a quote. the other companies didn't have the decency to reply to my requests. Companies who can't take the time to reply, should never be in business, i am well aware they can be busy and unable to take any more work, but there will come a time when work will become slack.”

“It's nothing to do with the surveyors themselves, but the service provided by this website was not satisfactory. I have asked for a particular kind of survey but was directed to all generic surveyors and as a result was flooded with quotes from wrong services. They all got my email which is not too good as for the data protection.”

“Searched for "local" architect who had worked with my local council, the nearest result was 30 miles away. These results would cause higher charges due to travel time and lack of local knowledge.”

“Out of all the prices sent to me only 1 was close to the quoted price listed by the website. All the other quotes were over double that listed once the surveyor was contacted despite my putting in detailed information.”

“The website did indeed give me a list of local architects as I requested but I was under the impression from the site that I could then contact these listed if I wanted to. However, I have now received a dozen emails from the companies on the list offering their services and have to keep letting them know that at this stage I only wanted to check there was this service available in my area, and didn't actually need a quotation yet!”

“Some are registered RIBA or non registered qualified Architects and some are not qulified at all and do not have a proper website or refrences so one has to be carefull on their competance to do the work”

“Unimpressed; after 48 hours none of the listed electricians have contacted me other than one company who were already doing some plumbing work at my home, but they were amongst the most expensive so I didn't engage them to do my electrical safety survey.”

“Four out of the six quotes were much higher (for an EICR) than those I obtained from elsewhere. Some were quite distant from the given location for the work which may account for the higher charges. Only one made direct contact the next day.”

“It was easy to do but having set it up and ring the person and left a message for them to ring back I am disappointed that they haven't yet ?? I won't be chasing them again I will try another trader.”

“Unfortunately, only 1 contractor replied, and made arrangements to meet me at the property as requested. They did not turn up, nor did they contact me either by phone, text or email to say why they couldn't make it. I was definitely not impressed!”
