“The list of surveyors was useful but I didn't appreciate how many phone calls I had from them during the following day. I would have preferred for my number not to be shared and to be able to contact the surveyors myself. In hindsight I wish I had not used the service.”

“Wanted to find a snagging surveyor for my new build. Although the site appeared to be capable of doing that, in fact all I got were offers for full building surveys, and some of the surveyors who called me didn't do snagging surveys. The prices quoted were all substantially higher than the going rate for snagging surveys.”

“Two surveyors contacted me, neither of whom was able / willing to provide me with an assessment of the suitability of my house for cavity wall insulation, which was what I asked for in my website enquiry. Pretty disappointing.”

“Went through them to book an electric safety report. All was booked at great speed and seemed good. Unfortunately the business booked did not show and when emailed why they did not bother to respond so total waste of time so I do not recommend.”

“The review gave are a list but only two contacted me - neither had read the brief description, one that replied they couldn't do commercial and the other offered an expensive phone consultation. I was hoping to get a quick estimate of the cost of calculations and drawings but just got a list of architects.”

“I am afraid to say but you did not do very well. You should get your clients - if I may put it that way - to specify there specialities - the general term Local Surveyors brings forth applicants which ultimately waste time by claiming my requirements are too specialised - but there are not and surveyors should offer such a sevice I require!”
