The reason for only scoring a poor was the lack of response, i only received one company who at least contacted me and was prepared to visit my home to supply me with a quote. the other companies didn't have the decency to reply to my requests. Companies who can't take the time to reply, should never be in business, i am well aware they can be busy and unable to take any more work, but there will come a time when work will become slack.
