“Know one new the workings of an electric fence. the business names you sent me said, we have never worked on an electric fence or did not reply to my calls. I am afraid most did not reply to my calls.”

“The local surveyor tool does not allow to add outbuildings. So the quotes are inaccurate or the surveyors refuse to do certain parts. Also some surveyors have advise on the repair costs and a valuation included in the full structural survey, but this cannot be seen or compared beforehand.”

“I am never sure about using directory sites like this but I was struggling to find a company that was suitable for designing our detached garage. After submitting some basic details I was contacted by 3 companies who all seemed a good fit for our project. We have ended up using one of these companies who I would never have found without Local Surveyors Direct so I am very pleased.”
