In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“The surveyor I found on your site was awful. I have just received a 5- figure sum on compensation from the Property Services Ombudsman for the poor survey. It took me about an 18-months battle to get the compensation. I don't know how you decide who can be listed on your site, but I think you got it wrong by listing the surveyor I used.”

“The service was fast and efficient. Within a few minutes I had a list and quotes from several building surveyors & solicitors. Most of the people from the list either called me or contacted me through email. The people I spoke to were helpful, knowledgeable and offered advice - none of them were "pushy."”

“An excellent resource full of some great contacts - I like the fact that it is possible to see reviews from others who have used the site previously and that all of the recommendations given had been in business for quite some time which gave increased reassurance. Rates are reasonable for the most part but the best thing is how proactive the service is which makes it even more appealing to use.”
