“A very thorough inspection report including proposed detailed solutions for a builder as well as several legal recommendations for my solicitor. There were even recommendations on how to save money for example fitting a water controller on the existing water tanks. This was much more than I was expecting and seemed very good value (320 pounds) for the amount of work that seems to have gone into the report. Note from the 10 quotes I received around 550 pounds, this firm was the only one to offer me a reduced premium based on the smaller size of the property (a studio).”

“Everything went wrong . I hired Steve Vaughan who is not even an Architect and I never got a good advise. He took payment upfront . .Please don't use local surveyors direct . They are not helpful”

“I was sent a number of surveyor's to chose from. I went with Leo Horsfield who gave an excellent service with the surveyor giving a verbal report on the same day as the survey and a very detailed written report a few days later. I would certainly use this company again.”

“Needing a structural survey from a structural engineer, after a potential buyers survey highlighted areas of concern, I found Andrew via Local Surveyors Direct. He was very prompt in replying, and the survey appears very thorough and was delivered at light speed. He was also very helpful over the phone when I spoke to him after recieving the surver. I would absolutley recommend him. Many thanks”
