“Good service but I made the mistake of putting in my real email and telephone number and haven’t stop being spammed multiple times by the same agents. So frustrating for what is actually a good service.”

“Considering I was told when they were booking to view the house hands, mouth and shoes would be covered in these times. No shoe covering were used when in the house.”

“This was very helpful and I received a few calls from Surveyors. It could be improved by having a "set" section for extension only. This is because, most of the calls were for other needs like Leasehold and party wall, matters. So it would be beneficial to the Surveyors .”

“Very good to get a wide reach of professionals in your area, but the quotes that those professionals send afterwards are significantly higher than indicated on the website. Therefore I am doubtful whether the shortlist that they present is the correct one.”

“I used Local Surveyors Direct to find assistance with a householder planning application. Several of the companies that were listed claimed to be local, but with no evidence of applications in my locality and addresse far away. Others were active locally and may be acceptable.”

“Not sure. I got 5 names through Home Owners Alliance. It is good shown the basic prices of reports from 5 different people. However also saying check the qualification yourself so, that means the site is not taking responsibility all of them listed have qualifications.”
