I was bombarded with texts and phone ca!!s. I would not have left my phone number if I'd been warned of this.
One quote for a two-bedroom apartment rose from £645 plus Vat to £895 plus Vat upon preliminary contact: the explanation given was that the flat was duplex. I'm afraid I regard that as sharp practice. I went with a different quote.
